We've been coming to Go go 7 since it opened and had known the owner from her previous restaurant. Very friendly and caring towards her customers.
The food quality and taste have remained the same since the beginning.
Our favorite is the Bento Box both Kalbi or spicy pork. Their japchae is delicious too!
Really good service and hospitality. Treated us well and had a good time at the restaurant. Food was also delicious had the chicken katsu bento box and all the sides were definitely worth the money.
I frequent this the area and always pass by this restaurant but never had the chance to try it until today. I ordered their Spicy Pork Bento Box for $16 and it came with so much food!!! Portion bigger than I expected. It even came with so much banchan (I think 12 different varieties).. my jaw dropped when they brought it to the table. If you give me a bowl of rice, that's a whole meal right there!! Truly felt like you were eating at grandmas house. The highlight of the meal was the tkim. Guilty pleasure. And I was pleasantly surprised how good the spicy pork was because I almost never order stir fried pork whenever I'm eating out. Although it may look spicy, it was super mild which I like. Service was great. Good amount of seats inside. Ended the meal off with some complimentary orange cream jello and chocolate cake!! Overall 4.5/5. Highly recommend!

You can tell the owners take great pride in their work and what they serve. They are hard working and put a lot of effort into making their food.
Let's start with my daughter's bulgogi sandwich. The bread was perfectly crisp outside but soft inside, the size was generous and the amount of Bulkogi inside was equally generous. You can tell they have experienced hands in the kitchen, even the fries were very well prepared.
Bento box was more of the same level of quality. They serve a veggie tempura which is delicious in itself. It's a haystack of julienned vegetables including sweet potato for a nice sweetness.
Kimchee fried rice is delicious because their kimchee is delicious and that's the foundation of any kimchee based dish. Once again expertly prepared and a gentle m generous portion, at least two and a half meals for me.
Lastly the Banchan, they are delicious, once again made by someone who really cares about what they're serving. Although the Bulkogi isn't cooked over charcoal or a broiler, it's still good. My father likes to eat here so that says a lot.
I can’t believe I haven’t been here yet and I’ve passed this restaurant about a million times. For a native San Franciscan (40 year resident), something affordable without compromising the flavors and the service is a welcome deal! I’m definitely coming back here. Thanks to my professor and friend from SF State for treating me here.
